Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $79—we've got you covered! For orders under this amount, a standard shipping fee of $7.99 applies. For priority shipping, a shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

Good things don't need to wait! All orders are dispatched from our distribution center within 36 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

We use USPS as the carrier, typically, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times to remote areas in the U.S. and Canada may vary.

Accurate Shipping Address

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. It's your responsibility to ensure that the address is complete and accurate—so triple-check it! All orders are delivered discreetly with no labels, descriptions, or any telltale signs for nosy neighbors.

Lii-F is not responsible for in-transit delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. In the event that a package is lost in transit, we will make every reasonable effort to assist in tracing the missing parcel.

Orders may be returned to us for various reasons including non-payment of fees, duties, or taxes; incorrect address; or unclaimed at the post office. If a package is returned or rejected, please email our Customer Service team at support@lii-f.com to arrange redelivery. Note that you may need to pay for shipping again.

Lost in Transit Policy

Once your order leaves our warehouse, our third-party delivery teams do everything possible to meet our expected shipping times. However, occasionally packages can experience delays in the postal system. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please reach out to support@lii-f.com, and our customer service team will do everything reasonably possible to locate your package.
