Warranty

All products sold on Lii-F.com come with 1-year manufacturer's warranty, on top of that, Lii-F provides an extra 4 years of extended warranty. 

*That means, every product sold from Lii-F.com will automatically come with 5 years of quality assurance. 

Within the First Year: 

If there are any quality issues with the product, Lii-F will communicate with the manufacturer, and ship a brand new, exact product to you directly.

From Year Two to Year Five:

Lii-F will provide a brand new replacement or provide 100% of store credit for Lii-f.com if the model is discontinued, if there are any quality issues. 

*Please always communicate with us about any concerns or issues you have with the products. 

How to Claim Warranty Service 

To request warranty service, send email to support@lii-f.com, provide the proof of purchase (order No. and email address that made the order) and the defective (picture; video; etc.) with a description of the problem, our customer service will contact you no later than 48 hours.

Once we are able to confirm that there is a defect, that the product is NOT behaving normally, we will provide the warranty services within 48 hours. We know our customers are savvy, but we still have to ask. Sometimes, what appears to be a defect can be something as silly as:

• Ensuring the toy is charged / new batteries have been inserted.
• Turning off a travel lock. 
• Following manufacturer's instructions for speed or function changes, etc.

Returns

Given the intimate nature of the products we carry, we do not give satisfaction returns. (For example, if you chose a dildo or plug that is too large for your body, or a vibrator that is too strong.) We do this for the safety of our customers & staff, so please choose products carefully. We do not make *any* exceptions if someone says they haven't opened the product—again, to 100% ensure that all customers feel safe in purchasing from us, knowing for sure that they have received never-opened toys.

If you have not opened your package and the tamper seal sticker has not been damaged or removed within 30 days from date of purchasing, you can return your unopened package to us and we will provide a store credit minus the cost of shipping. Please fill the returns form below:
